My role encompassed full website design and content strategy — from user experience and visual design to the architecture and copy creation. Problem

The agency’s existing digital presence didn’t reflect the sophistication or breadth of services they offered. The site lacked clarity, strong navigation, and compelling content — resulting in a disconnect between the agency’s real-world expertise and how they were perceived online. Without defined service pages, location-targeted content, or a cohesive brand voice, they were also missing opportunities to rank in search results or guide visitors toward meaningful action.

Solution

I designed and developed a fully reimagined website that aligned every touchpoint — visual and verbal — with the agency’s brand. Through clean, intuitive navigation, elevated aesthetics, and an SEO-optimized content framework, the new site communicates clarity, trust, and expertise. Each service and location-specific page was thoughtfully crafted to engage visitors, drive conversions, and improve organic visibility.
